We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged items, and we will send a replacement immediately.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-12 business days for it to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
