When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be transferred, sold or assigned.

2. PRODUCTS & SKINCARE DISCLAIMER

SOLENI offers a curated selection of beauty and skincare products.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, condition and usage.

3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SOLENI reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

A legally binding contract is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Orders are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale, distribution or commercial purposes.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Prices exclude shipping charges, customs duties and applicable taxes unless expressly stated.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed by PCI‑compliant payment service providers.

By placing an order, you authorise SOLENI to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SOLENI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is handed over to the delivery carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, provided the products are unopened, unused and returned in their original condition.

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, graphics and branding, is owned by SOLENI or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may access the Services for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. However, all sales are made directly between you and SOLENI.

Shopify bears no responsibility for any aspect of transactions conducted through the store, including product quality, delivery or refunds.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
